The CLA Leadership Board recognizes and rewards tribes and individual members who actively contribute to advancing CLA’s mission through consistent participation, impactful projects, and engagement with quarterly themes. The board will refresh every quarter to provide a level playing field and new opportunities for recognition. However, records of quarterly winners would form the basis for the end of the year recognition.

Leadership Board Rankings Tribe Leadership BoardDisplays the top tribes based on collective points. Top Tribe of the Quarter receives a special recognition in the quarterly hangout and a featured post across CLA’s social platforms. Individual Leadership Board (Per Tribe) Tracks the top 5 members in each tribe based on individual contributions. Top Member of the Quarter from each tribe receives a spotlight mention in the quarterly hangout, a certificate, and a small gift or incentive (e.g.,digital resources).
